Every night needs a quiet ending
Mata House should remain entertainment. When play stops feeling enjoyable, use these free tools to step away.
Nothing to spend
There is no shop or payment flow. Every Gold Coin is free and virtual.
No pressure to return
Levels and coins never decay, so a break costs you nothing.

Warning signs
Any of these is worth taking seriously:
- Playing longer than you planned, repeatedly.
- Playing to escape stress, boredom or low mood rather than for fun.
- Hiding how much you play from people close to you.
- Chasing losses — increasing stakes to recover a bad session.
- Feeling irritable or restless when you cannot play.
Our tools
| Tool | What it does | Takes effect |
|---|---|---|
| No purchases | There is nothing to buy on Mata House, so nothing to cap | Always on |
| Self-exclusion | Locks the account entirely | Instant, irreversible for the term |
| Close account | Ends the account and signs you out for good | Instant, permanent |
Self-exclusion
Choose 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent. During an exclusion you cannot log in, play, or receive marketing from us. Your balance and progress are held exactly as you left them.
Start one yourself from Account → Self-exclusion: pick the term, type the confirmation, and it applies the moment you press the button. No email, no waiting on support, and nothing for anyone to talk you out of.
Protecting minors
Mata House is strictly 19+ and available only in Canada, and we ask for a date of birth and country at registration. If you share a device with someone under 19, use parental control software such as FamiSafe or Net Nanny, and never save your password in a shared browser.
